Intents Protocol

IntentSettlerV1 — one immutable contract per chain. A user signs a Permit2 witness describing an exact order with a floor that decays and then rests; any solver may fill it; the fill delivers the signed floor to the order’s recipient atomically, or the whole transaction reverts. No owner, no admin, no upgrade path, no oracle.

User Proxy

UserProxyFactoryV4 — an ownerless per-user execution proxy for direct swaps and for bounded agent delegation, deployed at an address each user can predict before it exists. A separate protocol from intent settlement, with its own contracts and its own threat model.

Documented today only inside the app’s integrator page.

For a balance-stable ERC-20 — the token model V1 supports — intent settlement holds three things regardless of how a solver behaves:

01The owner is never debited more than the input amount they signed.

02The recipient is never credited less than the signed floor.

03No stray donation can subsidise a fill.
