Intents Protocol

IntentSettlerV3 + UserProxyV6 — a user signs the 12-field Order on the settler’s own domain; the proxy pulls the exact input; solvers return the gross floor plus fee; and settlement is atomic. The 3 bps fee is paid by the solver on top, never from the owner’s proceeds.

User Proxy

UserProxyFactoryV6 — an ownerless factory that deploys one execution proxy per user, at an address each user can predict before it exists. Each user approves the proxy for the input tokens it will pull.

For a balance-stable ERC-20 — the token model V6 supports — intent settlement holds three things regardless of how a solver behaves:

01The owner is never debited more than the input amount they signed.

02The recipient is never credited less than the signed floor, and the solver pays the fee on top.

03No stray donation can subsidise a fill.
